      According to Nourishing Traditions you can add more salt if you don't have whey - 2 Tbsp instead of 1. You can strain off organic living yogurt usually. I could give you some whey,

    Hi, Kris! I'm so glad that you are offering the class again. I would like to attend on the 26th. The pop-up message here on Meetup still states that you need to contact the 577 Foundation to register (I called and they said no!). Am I supposed to register elsewhere besides here? [I haven't used Meetup before this, so am not entirely sure how this works.] Thanks :-)
