It is an honor to introduce our Walk Guest, Fred Grover, Jr., M.D. As we stroll with him through the gardens of the Denver Botanic Gardens, his general topic will be "Enhancing health and wellness in the gardens."

Walk Host Fran Rew said, "I am so grateful to have Dr. Grover as my primary care physician. I love his holistic approach to counseling on health and wellness. It's also a joy to visit the beautiful oriental design of his office in the True Mind Center."

Dr. Grover is a well recognized family physician who has been practicing medicine in Denver since 1996. This TTW walk is not sponsored by the DBG. However, the Walk Host and many TTW members are fond supporters of the DBG.

TTW has 5 free tickets for the first 5 people who sign up for the walk. DBG members are encouraged to share their family memberships with family, friends and TTW walkers for this walk.

For daytime, and summer evenings at the DBG, admission fees are as follows:


  • Members are free
  • $10.50 for adults
  • $7.50 for seniors 65+ / military
  • $6.00 for youth 4-15 / students
  • $6.00 for youth 4-15 / students
  • Free for children 3 and under


For Tuesday mornings this summer, from 7:00 am to 9:00 am, there is free admission for AARP members, Denver Botanic Gardens members, and members and students of the Tai Chi Project. Please have your member cards ready to present at the front gate upon your arrival every Tuesday morning. Non-members will be charged a $5 fee for entry between 7 - 9 a.m. After 9 a.m., regular admission rates apply.
