Our scheduled Walk Guest, Vanessa Dyer, had a last-minute higher priority that forced her to change her plan to be our Walk Guest for this TTW walk. Vanessa expressed her sincere apologies, and offered anyone who signed up for this walk a free half-hour coaching session. We hope to be able to reschedule this same walk with her in the near future.

This Berkley Lake Park TTW walk has changed to an open-topic walk hosted by Walk Host Fran Rew. We can meet at 5:30 pm in front of Smiley Library, and walk from 5:45 pm to 6:15 pm along the pedestrian path at Berkley Lake Park behind Smiley Library.

After the walk at 6:30 pm, for anyone who is interested in participating, our TTW Walk Host will also be participating in the free improvisational comedy workshop with the Denver TheatreSports comedians in the basement of Smiley Library. It's a great opportunity to rediscover your funny bone with the help of a talented support group. Everyone has their own areas of strength in improvisational comedy, whether they are aware of it or not. We have a great time laughing and discovering our hidden talents together.

The workshop is from 6:30 to 8:00 pm every Wednesday night. John Klug is the director, representing the Denver TheatreSports performers. For more information, you can reach John at [masked].

Currently, the Berkley Lake Park TTW walks are only once a month. The schedule for the Berkley Lake Park walks will vary, depending on Fran Rew's schedule as Walk Host. Anyone who is interested in volunteering as a Walk Organizer, Walk Host or Walk Co-Host for one or more of these Berkley Lake Park walks, please call Fran at (303) 321-1064. Your volunteering will give you online recognition as a TTW Walk Organizer and/or Walk Host on the TTW domain site at TopicTalkWalks.com as well as this TTW Meetup.com registration site.

Again, we hope our Walk Guest will be able to reschedule the walk described below for the near future:

How do you set and follow through with boundaries in order to achieve your goals? Topic-Talk Walks (TTW) is extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to have Walk Guest Vanessa Dyer lead our walking group discussion around this question. Vanessa will discuss this topic and explore the guests' triumphs and struggles. Together, everyone contributes to the richness of what it is to be human and in charge of creating life?s outcome.

Vanessa Dyer is a Life & Relationship Coach, Vice President of Mile High Mind and Body. She facilitates clients' growth to achieve life and relationship goals, bringing awareness to self defeating habits and limiting perceptions. Vanessa asks powerful questions, teaches communication tools, praises and holds you accountable to move forward. She coaches on how to get and keep a great relationship!

We can meet at 5:30 pm in front of Smiley Library, and walk from 5:45 pm to 6:15 pm along the pedestrian path at Berkley Lake Park behind Smiley Library. After walking with Vanessa on the last Berkley Lake walk, Walk Co-Host Fran Rew said, "I love the way Vanessa gets us all to smile and laugh together about our relationship styles, with time to spare to observe the beauty of nature around us." Once you have a taste of her uplifting style, you may want her as your one-on-one, or a group coach! She can be reached at (720) 422-1701.

I had hoped to be at the starting point in front of Smiley Library at 5:30 p.m., but was stuck in traffic on Speer Blvd until 6:00 p.m. I didn't find anyone waiting for me when I arrived. I met 2 new fascinating people in the park, and walked with one of them. Even though the Meetup portion of this walk was cancelled, I had a wonderful evening at Berkley Lake Park, and at the after walk improv workshop.
