Denver's City Park has many easy and scenic walking areas with beautiful changes for each season. On the last Wednesday of every month (except November and December), we walk about 1.5 miles in about 30 - 45 minutes. We walk from the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, around Ferril Lake, past the Denver Zoo's duck pond, the historic Boathouse Pavilion and band stand, and back up to the museum.
Carpoolers, please let us know in your RSVP comment whether you are available to carpool as a driver or rider, and your general point of origin.
AFTER WALK EVENT
After our TTW 6:00 to 6:45 M walk together, Fran and Richard made reservations for 10 people to attend the free "60 Minutes in Space" presentation in the planetarium.
They are such fascinating adventures into our universe. This free program often fills up, so calling for reservations one month advance is strongly recommended. Please call 303 322-7009 to reserve a seat.
