Introduction
My Name is Kelly (stage name - Caliana) and I love to dance! I teach intro to intermediate classes, I study with Hadia. I also Flamenco Dance and study with Carmen Romero. I am Troupe leader for Alhambra Dance Fusion & Middle Eastern Troupe.
Have you ever belly danced before?
Yes, I started belly dancing Jan. 2004 and am still going! The more I learn the more I want to keep doing it, teaching it, performing it!
What is your favorite thing about belly dancing?
I love how it appeals to the softer and happy side of my personality (where flamenco appeals to my stronger and harsher side). When I belly dance I am always smiling whether in class, teaching, or performing.
When was the first time you ever saw a belly dancer perform? Feel free to tell your story....
I started taking classes before I ever saw my first belly dancer. The first belly dance student gala I was ever in, was the first time I ever saw a professional belly dancer (dance company), and felt the need to be that good one day! I'm on my way!

"I am available to teach group & private classes. In order for me to run a new group class, I require a minimum of 4 people to pre-register. I am also available to teach workshops to small or large groups, and am available to perform for most events!"
