In Health and Fitness Qi-Gong, we learn about focused breathing with body postures, movements, meditation, and visualization techniques. This Qi-Gong form is designed to fit the North American lifestyle. It is easy and effortless to do, 10-15 minutes a day re-balancing the mind, body and spirit.
