This was my first time at a laughing club event, and it was just wonderful. Laughter yoga may feel kinda silly at first, but it's a great way to just drop down your guard, let the kid in you loose, and just have fun with other people who are looking to do the same. (The perfect de-stresser).

Comment from our last 'Laughing Club' event:
"It was a lot of fun. All the people attending were wonderful. I have never had a chance to laugh so much in the last years. I highly recommend the laughing club to people that need to enjoy laughing."
