Doubleheader: Type::Tiny and Failure IS An Option

  • Jun 26, 2014 · 7:00 PM

Sorry for the late notice but we will be having the Perl Mongers meeting again.  Two talks coming up:

Mike Stok: Failure Is An Option - This consists of some of Mike's experience trying to become more agile and the things that derail it.

Dave Doyle: Type::Tiny - A more in depth talk on a type checking system for Perl.  Type::Tiny is Moose and Moo compatible as well as independantly for parameter validation.  Create your types and subtypes, create libraries of types that can be shared across apps.

YAPC is on so this may be a bit thin.  Please not, this will also be the last meeting held on the last Thursday in the month.  We'll be shifting to the last Wednesday of the month for July.
