Working with In Memory Data Grids with Spring

  • Jul 30, 2014 · 7:00 PM
  • Pivotal Labs Toronto

In this session we will explore using Spring Data, Spring Boot and Pivotal GemFire to build lightweight and scalable applications that use an in memory distributed grid (IMDG) as their data source.

We will cover the basics of Pivotal's IMDG and how Spring Data and Boot can be used to rapidly develop powerful and horizontally scalable applications with it. In the process we will also go over some tips and tricks for annotation driven development and testing against IMDG.
