We will be taking a short hike beyond the tracks and show various aspects of survival. We will cover shelters, fire, traps, water purification and what to do when the unexpected hits you. First aid, finding one's way, group dynamics, as well as the mental and emotional faces of survival will also be topics of concern.
Sturdy footwear is recommended.
This event will be hosted by Joe & Doug, Organizers of The United Survivalist Network of Ontario.
Note: This event will be held outside. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for walking on uneven terrain and dress for the weather. This event will be held rain or shine, however for safety reasons will be cancelled in a thunder storm.
