Cancelled Bad Weather - Kayak & Canoe Scenic Humber

Intro to KAYAKING Or CANOEING on the Humber river.

Available:

One Person Kayaks

Two Person Canoes

Three Person Canoes

“Lessons & Rentals” include everything you need for your paddle! We provide you with a 30 minute beginners lesson before you embark on your scenic paddle of Toronto’s wildlife packed slow moving Humber River.

Being located in a transition zone between the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence Forest Region in the north and the Carolinian or Deciduous Forest Region in the south, the Humber contains a variety of species common to both regions. Geological processes such as glaciation, erosion, flooding, and deposition have also contributed to the natural heritage value of the Humber River watershed.

On this adventure we see plant and wildlife rarely seen in the city. We often see more wildlife on the Humber River then we see on our trips to Algonquin Park. We regularly see: Canada Geese, Swans, Ducks, White Egrets, Blue Heron, Night Heron, Cormorants, many types of Raptors, Beaver, Mink, Muskrat, Deer, Fox, Coyote, Raccoon, Salmon, Trout, Carp, Bass, Catfish, and many types of Turtles!

Kayaking & Canoeing Easy Rentals or Lessons & Rentals are located right here in Toronto, a 10-minute walk from local transit and free parking.

Price: $30 per person tax incluced.

We have:

One Person Kayaks, register for one

Two Person Canoes, register for two

Three Person Canoes, register for three

The regular weekend price is $59.95 + tax

BUT JUST FOR OUR MEETUP MEMBERS, THE PRICE IS $30 tax per person included

I already indicated the same. I see some good events here. So, when I see another event in future that I like to sign up for, I will. But for now, I would rather prefer to get a refund of the June 16th event.
    Thanks

Hi Ted, For me it It will be best if you can make a refund for the cancelled event from June 16th. I'll sign up for another event of interest when I see it. Thanks!

    Hi Ted,
I do not see any other event right now that we will be available to attend. It will be best if you can make a refund for the cancelled event on June 16. If we see another event we are interested, we will sign up at that time. Thank you so much for organising this.

    Hi all,
Too bad about the bad weather Sunday morning. It turned out to be not so bad a day after-all.

Here is a link to our other meet-up group that shows our up and coming Lesson and Rental dates that you will be able to re-book to replace your cancelled June 16 Kayak and Canoe event.
Find a event date that you wish to attend and email me the date, time, type of boat. I will book you into your desired event to make up for the bad weather event.
Go to our Kayak and Canoe meet-up Group:

    http://www.meetup.com/outdoor-recreation-at-your-doorstep/

Once you have found an event you wish to be booked into I ask that you email me the information so that I can rsvp it for you.
