GET OUT OF THE CITY AND EXPERIENCE A LITTLE BIT OF OUR COUNTRYSIDE while sipping local wines. This is a wonderful trip.
We will be hiking from Rattlesnake Point to Crawford Lake (8-10 kms), following the Nassagaweya Canyon Trail. And after the hike, we will be heading to Scotch Block Winery for wine tasting. Food and refreshments can be bought at the bakery in Andrew's Scenic Acres (also located at the same winery). This place also produces organically grown green apples for sale. Bring your own lunch or buy some of their delicious treats which are baked on site.
The trail is very scenic and will give you a memorable hiking experience as it leads to the re-constructed Iroquoian village at Crawford lake. DURING THIS HIKE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THE MAGNIFICENT COLORS OF SUMMER FROM THE LOOKOUT POINTS LOCATED THROUGHOUT THIS SCENIC HIKE.
$39.95 + tax for BUS TRANSPORTATION, Guided Hiking, ADMISSION TO THE WINERY, AND CONSERVATION AREA ENTRANCE FEES.
