Raised on the south side of Chicago. Pfc. Adamski was assigned a Doberman named BIG BOY. They saw plenty of combat during the liberation of Guam. After the war Ed returned to his native Chicago where he got married and raised five boys.
This group is for the king of all dogs - the doberman!
Come and join us for a fun dober play date.
We warmly welcome any and all potential doberman pinscher owners who may have questions about the specific breed or about dog ownership in general.
Meetups will always involve plenty of Doberman playtime + occasional interactive programs for humans on topics of interest: positive reinforcement training of the doberman in various disciplines, physical and psychological health of the Doberman, playtime with Dobermans, the Doberman in competition, etc.
For our group to be a fun and successful gathering, your dog should have basic socialization skills. If your dobe is shy, it's a great way to provide a fun, more controlled, social setting for your dog.
If you have any questions as to how appropriate a specific park or meetup might be for your dog, please message me. I know most of the dogs in our group personally, and would be happy to recommend specific playdates if one doesn't happen to be a good match for you and your dog (timing, ect).
I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! Although there is one (me, Lindsay S) organizing each event, If you know of a fenced area that has possibility, please post a message to our board. As soon as we have a confirmed place, I will schedule a meetup date. I love hearing your feedback, and basing our meetups based it. Don't be shy to reach out :)
