What do YOU want to hear about as regards document management solutions that can be created OOTB with SP? What challenges are you facing?

Hi Garfield, a Document Set is simply a Content Type that - behind the scenes - inherits from Folder. In practise it's like a hybrid of a folder (it groups files) and a document (metadata, workflow and policies can be applied to it). Hope this helps!

I'll be sure to cover document sets to some degree (i.e. a definition and demo). Maybe not to the extent Nathan would like, as simply it is not the sole focus of the talk. Also we'll stay on the document management side of the fence - we won't be crossing over to records management in this talk.

Can anyone suggest a good, easy-to-use tool for creating reports in SharePoint 2010? I want to give a client something they can use to create and modify their own reports without having to get into development.

MS Access can directly connect to a SharePoint List, and is a great tool for reporting.
