Introduction
Toronto Wiki Tuesdays (& Knowledge Workers Toronto) founded and run by Martin Cleaver M.Sc. MBA, Head Blender of Blended Perspectives, a consulting firm based in Toronto. Martin is a Chair of WikiSym, the International Symposium on the use of Wikis.
How will society benefit from a wiki?
Wikis exemplify open transparency. Transparent to not only view all information but to edit and restructure too. Society needs transparency. Without transparency we cannot appreciate other's constraints and objectives without explicitly asking.
Do you use a wiki at work?
Yes, I run TWiki internally at work, this comprises our corporate intranet. I also run instances of Confluence, Deki Wiki and have programmed against Media Wiki and TikiWiki.
Where do you use a wiki?
My company plans, deploys and manages communications on wikis for firms across the GTA
