Badminton at Harbourfront Community Centre

Co-Ed Adult Badminton at the Harbourfront Community Centre.

I have never been to the HCC before, but I called them up and asked them about their Summer badminton. There are 4 courts and it's a first come, first serve basis, so I suggest we arrive at 7:15pm to ensure we get a spot.

The drop in cost is $4.35 (incl. HST).
If you are a member of the HCC, the drop in rate is $3.95 (incl. HST).
There are also other packages if you plan to go more often (e.g. 10 class pass, 20 class pass, etc.).

Bring your own racquets and shuttlecocks, as I don't believe the centre provides any rental equipment.

I've never organized anything on Meetup before, so lets go next week and see what this place is like. If it works out, we can make this a regular thing.

Thanks to amanda for organizing this - Convenient location, good facilities, walk in facility, very good mix of participants (there are other regulars at this location as well which helps if there are fewer of us reaching the venue).

Had a great time guys! I will be going again but it's drop in so you will always have people to play with. Ill extend the group for the rest of the season.

I'm not entirely sure how this works since its my first time going there and it's drop in. But I'm assuming even if u get there late there should be people to play with.

    Is parking free

I don't think there is free parking - I believe there is a parking lot on Queens Quay (east of Bathurst) and the rate is $7-10 for all day parking. There is a lot of construction on Queen's Quay in any case, so I would recommend the TTC instead, if possible.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
