London Pub and Grill. 4 PM to 6 PM

Hi there everyone.

I thought I'd set up a special Off grid/sustainable living meetup - basically covering basic solar energy generation and affordable emergency power generation.

It would be about 2 hours long and I can focus on simple solar panel, battery and small loads demonstration.

NO COST- Room is FREE!!

Anyone interested in helping please contact me.

I will have on hand some solar panels, charge controllers, batteries, inverters, basic mounting hardware.

Part 2 will be in May and will give members real life experiences with a demonstration on biomass gasification - running an engine on grass, hay or wood. This would be 30 minutes north of Toronto.

Emergency energy from non fossil fuel sources charging a battery bank at 4000 WATTS! - Real power - for real needs.

Hi, hope to see some friendly faces tomorrow at 4:00 pm.

Love to discuss renewable energy, solar, wind, biomass gasification. Batteries, charge controllers, inverters, etc. A chance to talk about and learn a little about making you own power in times of need.

I am Happy to join with you and learn the alternatives we can find in the sun. And the different sources.

Nice to see you were able to get the room, same day and time slot that I usually have my meets.

I am also experienced with GASIFICATION - I do have a website and a side business but I do keep it separate from these activities - even though they are pretty much the same interests. is the site if you're interested in renewable energies.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
