Our team of coaches created this FITCAMP to be an "all-level" group workout that includes cardio, endurance training, strength training and core fitness. We are looking for people who want to lose weight, get toned or take athletic performance to the next level! Our goal is to build up FitCamp to 100 or more people. Are you up for the challenge? Progress can be measured and charted Free by your coach including weight loss (or muscle gain if that's the goal) & body fat loss.

We host not only workouts but also, community nutrition programs, body transformation Challenges, Nutrition classes on various topics from Sports Nutrition to get healthy and toned.
Join us back at our fitness facility for post recovery. And Members mix and mingle.
