Couch to Half Marathon Training

I thought it would be nice to follow a training guide.  Of course if you are already following a training plan, utilize whatever days work for your schedule.  I am going to leave rest days and cross training days blank.  Please continue to feel free to suggest a meetup that works for your time and training. 

I am putting links to the women's running Couch to Half Marathon Training Guide. I think it is a good guide for those with injuries or who have fallen behind in their running.  I think the guide is similar to those found in running magazines not specifically tailored to women, so I think it should work for men too.  Take a look and use your own judgment, you know your body best.

I like this training guide because rest days are on Mondays.


First meetup Run/Walk, but it will be just under 3 miles.
