This is a beginning class that will focus on the fundamentals of T'ai Chi practice: postural alignment, correct movement patterns, proper breathing and relaxation. Over time, you will learn the form which you can practice on your own, anytime you want.
We will go over the T'ai Chi basic exercises and begin working on the 64-movement Yang style form.
Now that the weather is warm, we will be outside as much as we can. Look for us in the grass on the north side of the building. However, if we need it we have a space indoors in the same building as Whole Health Acupuncture. Walk around to the back of the building (from the parking lot, walk on the right side of the building) and our classes will be held downstairs.
