Martial Taijiquan - Essence of Push Hands and Applications

The workshop will teach the correct spirit and practice methods according to taiji classics, so the the student (of any style) will not limit their taiji potential and progress by taking a side path. Beyond body mechanics, this seminar will not shy away from the topic of chi and internal power (neijin) and will show how they are developed through push hands training. The student will learn the critical principles to sensitivity training (ting jing), Yielding and Transforming (hua jing), the essential concept of “use mind not physical strength”. Applications of the main eight powers of Taichi (ward off, roll back, press, push, lean forward, elbow, roll pull, split) will also be covered within the push hands training environment. If you want to bring your tai chi martial arts to a higher level of refinement, then this exclusive seminar is a must!

Nothing happening in regards to attending the workshop today. Snow, slick roads, hazardous traffic conditions. Please reschedule. There will be a better day to have this. Really wanted to attend.

I'm very excited about this workshop. Steve was a classmate of mine in acupuncture school and is one of the best taiji people that I know. If the subject is of any interest to you at all, I highly recommend this workshop!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
