This is a beginning class that will focus on the fundamentals of T'ai Chi practice: postural alignment, correct movement patterns, proper breathing and relaxation. Over time, you will learn the form which you can practice on your own, anytime you want.
We will go over the T'ai Chi basic exercises and work on the simplified 8-movement Yang style form. After some proficiency is achieved on the 8-movement form, we can work on the longer 64-movement form.
Now that the weather is cold, we have a space indoors in the same building as Whole Health Acupuncture. Walk around to the back of the building (from the parking lot, walk on the right side of the building) and our classes will be held downstairs.
