I have studies both tia chi , quigong , some yoga and mediation.

Great class with individual attention and a great knowledgeable instructor. My health has improved since taking this class. My headaches are subsiding, my joints move with ease now, my balance is getting better and I leave feeling overall great. I am firming up, calming down and becoming more and more flexible each time.
