What made you interested in joining this group?

Sharing experience.

What do you want to get out of your attendance & participation?

Tips and advice towards application of the self defence aspect. I think the tendency in the U.S. is to forget that Taiji is a martial art. My first instrutor's advice has always stuck with me, he said that if you want to meditate, spar, that will clear your head. Combat has a way of stripping away the nonessential. Enough rambling.

What type of Tai Ji & or martial arts or yoga experience do you have?

Shorin-ryu karate since '73, Arnis(modern), Cheng ManChing Taiji, Partner(3 powers) cane w/Vic, Interested in integrating Arnis and Cane techniques. I've been studying LaCanne and A.C. Cunningham's Cane system lately.
