The weather forecast is for 50's & clear. The chance of rain is down to 20%. So, Ideally we will be good to go for outdoors. Dress in layered loosed fitting clothes.
For the new Tai Ji players; Tai Ji is not like other martial arts. In most styles & the one I teach, yang, all teh movements are slow & gentle. My point is that is you willnot be vigorous exercise tha will cause you to sweat. None the less it is exercise, just different than what most of you are used to.
My experience is that Tai Ji goes well with other work out regimes or as stand alone. Some factors in what is best for you are; personal preferences, related life style issues & current physical conditioning.
One thing we may want to discuss is do we move to an indoor location for the winter? Or more appropriately how soon?
Finally ,in case of rain I have room for 10-20 people at my studioat 1800 W Winona. So,just in case make sure you take my cell[masked] 9909.
I look forward to seeing many of you Sunday- Regards , PAUL
