Well this week we have a change in the schedule! I am moving and we were supposed to be moved last week. But our closing got pushed back! So we are moving tomorrow night! Since I didn't want to cancel class I decided to have a dear friend and fellow coach run class.
Kelly Levere will host our group workout! It will be a fit club class which means it is free!!! Kelly will lead you in Chalean Extreme Burn Intervals. It is a combination of cardio high intensity intervals and weight training with weights! You will do lots of reps with low weights! Your metabolism will turn up and you will burn a ton of calories!
Don't skip class this week! Make it a priority to get there. If you can stick to your health and fitness every day then you won't feel guilty indulging in some Thanksgiving favorites!!
Bring a friend and some water!!! It's going to be a GREAT workout!!
