Total Body Core Class

Come join certified P90X Instructor, Melanie Mitro for a total body core, cardio and strength class. This workout includes plank, push-ups, squats, lunges and cardio exercises to get your heart rate up, strengthen you core and change the look of your body!

This class is geared to all ability levels. Modifications are made for those that are super fit and want to take their fitness to the next level and for beginners who are just getting into fitness!

Please join me for a Saturday morning workout to start your weekend off right! All are welcome!

Class is $3 at the door!!

Nutrition, motivation and fitness tips are shared during each class!

The only equipment necessary is a mat and a bottle of water! 3 and 5 lb weights are provided!
