Our problem wasn't people talking to long, (with one exception), but the fact that three more people who didn't RSVP, popped in out of nowhere, and Mike had to include them. The candidates remained to answer people's questions.

Of course, I was unable to be there; but I was at the last candidate forum; and I had the same feeling then as Dennis expressed at this one. No time was left for questions which was unfortunate. I would recommend strict time limits be enforced on the canned presentations so that there can be time made available for questions at the end.

Ethlyn, thank you for your feedback. It is greatly appreciated. Time limits on candidates duly noted. Had a little rough patch starting out on Saturday but worked through it and candidates ended up having 12 minutes each approximately.

As usual i thought it was a very informative meeting.Nice job to all. I wounder if we might get a little more insight to each candidate if they were limited to three questions from the floor? Rather than a caned statement. Thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to attend the event, think about and give us feedback. This is REALLY appreciated.

Question. Should questions from the floor be generated by random attendees or do you think we should we compose 3 questions, the same ones that all the candidates answer? I would love to have your assistance as we look ahead to our next candidates' forum set for October 11, 2104.

I was glad people from so many levels and different parties were able to share their thoughts and abilities they would offer in their fields. Very informative. I thought things went well.

We had the full spectrum of candidates. They really put some effort into their thoughts and graciously shared their whole morning with our group. Citizens are stepping up to the plate trying to dislodge the entrenched establishment politicians. It is great to see. There are a lot of quality folks on the ballot. Please take advantage of getting to know them at our TEA candidate forums, held twice per year, the month before each election, the primary and the general. Plan to attend the next one scheduled for Saturday, October 11, 2014.
