Hi all! Many people know how healthy lentils are, but how many know how to truly make them shine as a one-dish meal? There are so many quick ways to prepare lentils that increase nutrition and enhance flavor, without draining your wallet. Come join me on this lentil adventure, as I teach you some creative possibilities this legume boasts. We will make 2 Indian lentil dishes - a tomato-onion-garlic lentil & a ginger-spinach lentil - and a traditional Ethiopian lentil dish.
Lentils will be served with a hearty grain such as barley, and an alternative grain for those with gluten intolerances.
