I am of Czech and German origins, grew up in New York City, but cook a very diverse set of dishes.

What are the best days/times for you to meetup?

Anytime, though I usually don't cook around midnight

What are you interested in learning?

More ferments, how to prepare all kinds of meats and fish (curing, pickling, baking, roasting, etc.), traditional cooking of grains, legumes.
