I've cooked mostly French and Italian, because of my heritage but am expanding a bit. My favorite cookbook is Nourishing Traditions. I really believe in the practices and would love to integrate them more in my life.
Evenings and weekend afternoons.
I'm mostly interested in potlucks.
I can't think of one now but I'm open to it.
Really interested in cooking, food politics and health and would others who do too.
