I grew up on processed foods from the freezer and microwave meals. I learned to cook through trail and error from magazines and television. I am now learning to use more traditional ingredients and methods.
Evenings and weekends are best for me as I work full-time during the days.
Right now I'm focusing on food and health but I am open to learning many different things.
As a newbie I don't really think I have much to share... but once I do I would be willing.
