Tell us a little about your cooking background and interests.

I found my way to natural foods about two years ago (grassfed beed, pastured eggs, raw dairy, fermented foods). I'd love to learn more techniques for cooking/making these foods. Over the last 2 years I have attended several Sally Fallon events.

How to make kombucha. More about dehydrators. I have one but don't use it much.
