We will hike Gateway Loop from the Gateway Access trailhead. This hike will be at a pace to allow us to complete the 4.4 miles in no more than 2 hours. We will start right on time at 4:00 pm to allow time to finish and be out of the parking area before the gates close at 6:12 pm.
PLEASE NOTE: This Friday afternoon hike is intended for those who are unable to attend the mid-morning Friday hike. If you want to do both, come on along.
We do not have an official leader and sweep for this hike. Please make sure you either already know the trail or will study the map and know the route. We strongly encourage you to hike with at least one other person who is going about your same pace. The trails in this area are very well marked and easy to follow with just a little preparation. If you have any questions, please send a message to one of the organizers or ask at the trailhead.
