Join me for an evening of geocaching around the Dreamy Draw Park. Geoching, you say? What is that? Well, it is Geocaching is a real-world, outdoor treasure hunting game using GPS-enabled devices. Participants navigate to a specific set of GPS coordinates and then attempt to find the geocache (container) hidden at that location. The official website that I am a member of is http://www.geocaching.com/ Check out the website to get a better idea of what geocahing is all about. I will find 4 to 5 different geocaches that will lead us in a hike around the Dreamy draw park. I will be using the app on my phone to locate close proximity to each geocache and participants will help locate the actuall geocache. This is the first time this has been done so please bring your sense of adventure, willingness to cooperate, patience and understanding. I expect to spend a couple of hours geocaching. So come and join me for some geocaching fun. You are encouraged to bring snacks, a camera and must bring at least 1+ liters of water per person and sturdy hiking footwear. You should also bring a flashlight and/or a headlamp as we'll be in the dark during this hike.
