This hike is rated EASY, however, the trail is rocky.
Come out for an evening hike from the 7th Street entrance to North Mountain Park. This is an easy hike and perfect for beginners or if you'd just like to do an easy one for a change. The trails are relatively flat with some gentle ups and downs, and one short but steep hill. We'll take the #100 trail from the 7th ave parking lot to the #306 trail then back on the #100 trail in a big loop. You're encouraged to bring snacks, cameras, and must bring at least 1+ liter of water per person and sturdy hiking footwear. You should also bring a flashlight and/or a headlamp since we'll be in the dark on this hike.
