This hike is rated DIFFICULT.
Let's enjoy hiking through Hidden Valley at South Mountain! We'll start by going up the Mormon trail which is a steep challenging climb. Once we reach the top we'll loop around the National trail, go through Fat Man's Pass and enter the beautiful Hidden Valley, then finally come back down Mormon. The ascent is a strenuous workout for only the fittest of hikers! You're encouraged to bring snacks, cameras, and must bring at least 2 liters of water per person and sturdy hiking footwear. Parking is tight, so try to arrive a little early.
