Join us for a short fitness loop at Thunderbird Park. We will start at the Coach Whip trail on the south side of the Amphitheater, hike to the Ridgeline Trail to the top of the hill, and pick up the Sunrise trail which loops back to our starting point. We will keep a fast pace going up-hill and jog on the down hill sections. Distance about 2.5 miles, elevation gain around 400ft. This loop should take 30-45 minuets. Last week the last person finished @ 50 min. We will try to beat that this week. Bring sturdy trail shoes, plenty of water and sun protection.
