Our monthly Meet and Greet, we'll talk about how to crank it up a notch for those training for their first Ultra!
Just a group setting... those that have run a ton can share 'what works' and more importantly, "What doesn't!".
3 parts to training. Exercise (the part we all focus on.. is maybe 50% of the solution), diet (probably 25%) and rest (25%).
