Starting off the December 1st 90 Day Exercise and Eat Right Challenge with a Intercoastal Bridge running or walking, Biking or Hiking work out followed by a nice salad lunch at Brucci's or even the new PDQ on Hodges. The Great thing about the Beach Blvd Intercoastal Bridge is not only it's height, but the extra wide bike lanes and the bypass roads that go under the bridge. Constant looping and climbing followed by a momentary reprieve of downhill fun. Laps are on the menu. Uphill climbs working both the legs and cardio. Biking is starting on Hodges with a warm up ride down to the bridge. If you are walking or running then you can park under the bridge near Nippers or the Marina parking area. Mountain Bike and or road bike is OK. If you signed up for the challenge it would be nice to see you there.
