So it seems like winter is here and it's difficult to get in a good evening ride or exercise. The darkness settles in and life becomes a little dreary. This entire summer has been great. Many people out riding and getting/staying in shape. We all know the great feeling we get after a good workout. We feel much better and life is a lot easier.
So, I'm putting together a 90 day exercise challenge. 1 hour each day of gut wrenching balls to the wall, sweat dripping exercising. Me, I'm working my P90X tapes. Others are hitting the gym, some are dusting off the elliptical. Whatever form of exercise you decide, it has to be all out. If you aint dripping wet, you didn't do it right.
It all happens in the kitchen though. Healthy eating for the 90 days with one cheat day. We can meet here in the notes or in the discussion pages for tips and advise and support. I'll be posting stuff on my fb too if anyone wants to meet there.
There may be opportunities where we can all work out together as a group. I'm looking forward to that.
