Beach Blvd Intercoastal Bridge ExerRide

Laps on the bridge are a favorite exercise for the locals. Wrap around connecting underpass roads keep the laps flowing. 1 mountain bike, 1 hour, 10 laps and 1000 calories burned. We will be burning off the weeklong goo and building muscle.  Walk, Run, Jog or wog. Breezy's will be serving up something healthy for us to power up for the rest of the day.

    We did loop after loop. 13.5 miles in 1hr 13 mins = 1192 calories burned, painfully exhilarating, definitely earned our brunch. FYI Endomondo is a free app for your phone that calculates workout stats
