Laps on the bridge are a favorite exercise for the locals. Wrap around connecting underpass roads keep the laps flowing. 1 mountain bike, 1 hour, 10 laps and 1000 calories burned. We will be burning off the weeklong goo and building muscle. Walk, Run, Jog or wog. Breezy's will be serving up something healthy for us to power up for the rest of the day.
