Hi Kim,
If you review profiles of group members I think you'll see both seasoned veterans and people like you who have backpacked before and want to reignite their outdoor overnight adventures. In the coming months we'll be planning hikes and backpacking trips the hopefully will suit your desires. On March 23 we're meeting for coffee to become acquainted and discuss what type of trips we'd be interested in. If you aren't able to attend, contact me and we can begin a conversation.
Hi Kim,
Welcome to Central Coast Singles, I hope you will attend our activities because we seek active members.

Hi Kim and welcome to SLO Volunteers for the Environment!
Kim, I'll be posting trail workdays on Meetup titled "SLO Volunteers for the Environment" Upcoming trail workdays are Sunday Montana de Oro, Wednesday froom Ranch, and Saturday Jan 7, at FASTA
Hi Kim, We had a very nice outing. It was rather cool at 8:00 AM at 41 degrees at White Oak. We sharpened a few McLeods, packed up tools and the pontoon boat had to make two trips across the lake with people and tools. I'm guessing that about 25 people attended. When the clouds cleared it got quite warm. The Rangers came and were very impressed with the work we accomplished. Is this the address? 6271 Dominion Road, Santa Maria?
Page 2. No promises yet, but will see if I can make it happen. Anybody from Pismo Beach going? Would love to carpool.
Sunday, Dec 11, 2011, 8:30 - noon at Santa Margarita Lake for trail work. Free admission. Let Ranger know you are a trail work volunteer. Meet at White Oak Picnic Area. We'll work on the Falcon Trail which is across the lake. [We'll get ferried across the lake.] The views are spectacular. Hiking will be involved. Tools will be provided. Wear long sleeves, long pants, sturdy boots, gloves and a hat and bring water. Weather will be rather cool. Drinks & snacks. http://www.cccmb.org/![]()

Hi Kim,
Welcome to the Central Coast Climbing Club! We now have 2 members from Santa Maria. I'm hoping to schedule a trip out to Big Rocks off Hwy. 166 as well as a Sespe Trip in November. You'll have a head start for those trips. If you're ever interested in co-hosting an event at Big Rocks, let me know. I look forward to meeting you soon!
Thanks!
John
Thanks. Looking forward to all the fall hiking (and winter)...
Glad you had fun! Hope to see you soon.
