This one hurt today. Pushed my limits. Definitely challenging trying to keep up with Armando and Lawrence. Lost them at mile 7 or 8..maybe it was

So I didn't die but I did put down my iPhone as collateral should I not return to pay for the ice cold Gatorade I so desired from the kind ranger in the Discovery Center. Thanks Bjorn once again and everyone else for enduring. Armando, you're a beast.

It was a tough trail long run due to unpleasant hot weather. We ended up doing 14 miles. Good job everyone!

I apologize didn't mean to make you "sound like a broken record" all I did was ask a simple question. Have a great run Bjorn, a suggestion to you as the organizer of the group is maybe be a little bit more friendlier in your comments to first timers who have just joined your group. Thank you.
