Goldis Sausage Company

Goldis Sausage Company is a new trailer that is all about fresh-made sausage, filled with unique flavor combinations. The menu changes weekly, but some of their artisan sausage specialties include:

-Green Curry w/ Peanut
-Minty Lamb
-Thanksgiving (turkey/pork, stuffing, cranberry)
-The Mac-n-Cheese smoked with duck fat sausage!

History, from Keenan, the owner:
It all started years ago when I decided to buy a meat grinder so that I could make sausage for my backyard BBQs. First I realized how much better sausage tastes when made with fresh ingredients. Shortly thereafter though I started to wonder how green curry or jerk spices would taste in a sausage, and they tasted great! My friends soon started having me cater their house-parties, and from there I realized that I would love to open up my own food trailer.

This trailer park is BYOB, so bring a pack/bottle of your favorite poison and come enjoy a laid-back evening of delicious food with friends!
