Three Little Pigs

This place has quite the following, so come see what the hype is all about. As you may guess, the food is all about the pig, and they know how to do it! A sample of the menu includes: pork belly sliders with maple soy glaze, sliced apple, and fried onion with a side of sesame slaw; cracklin' meatloaf, wrapped in bacon, with cheese grits and collard greens; and several daily-changing creative specials, depending on what is fresh from the farms. There are also non-pork (Asian chicken with sweet chile sauce and wasabi mayo), veggie, and wild game options, if you swing that way.

See Google Maps for the location of the trailer. It is right at the fork in the road at Rosewood and east 11th Street, just behind the wine store.

The trailer is located in the East End Wines parking lot, and the dining area is on the wine shop's deck. They forbid consuming alcoholic beverages not purchased from the wine shop on their deck. Just be aware of this rule.
