Thunderheart Bison and Cheer Up Charlie's

If you could make a cow even more delicious, you would have a bison. Thunderheart Bison is direct ranch-to-trailer. Yes, the trailer is really owned by the ranchers themselves. Further, all the ingredients in their food comes from local farms. Come out for tasty bison burgers, tacos, hash, or even chili to keep you warm. We will meet and grab tables at Cheer Up Charlie's, the neighborhood-y dive bar directly next door to the trailer. You can order your food from the trailer and eat/drink indoors to escape the cold weather. Come join friends for an evening of fun and deliciously unique food!
