Fat Cactus Navajo Frybreads

It is time to get back to the Navajo frybread taco trailer. Super fresh, made-to-order frybreads, a unique style, with a selection of delicious fillings. So tasty! They have combos like the OG (ground beef and pinto beans), the Pecker (chile-rubbed roast chicken) and the Hippie (roasted squash, zucchini and chayote). If none of those appeal to you, they have specials like jerk chicken frybread and the Cactus Cuban frybread. If you're feeling more adventurous, try a frybread pizza or a salad, and finish it all off with dessert - The Elvis, a cinnamon-sugar frybread topped with peanut butter, sliced bananas and honey. Remember to BYOB for dinner!

It was so good to see you guys tonight! :) I thought the food was good but do have to admit the sandwich Jeremy ordered (from another trailer) looked amazing!!

I'm planning on going to this but most likely make it close to 8:30 -- hope some people will still be there.

Fat Cactus mentioned that if you have a portable chair you should bring one since seating is limited. And don't forget its BYOB!

So, this is my first time doing the food truck meet up. Is there any specific meet up point where everyone is all going to be or a way that we will be able to distinguish the meet up people from the normal non-meet up patrons? Just curious.

Just ask if they are part of the group. Most likely whatever group is there will be with the meetup.
