Camp Muir WE ARE GOING! Aug 31

The hike will begin at the Paradise parking lot. Not a hike for beginners. The hikes rating is STRENUOUS. The pace will be slow.

Round trip: 10 miles
Elevation gain: 4600 feet
Max elevation: 10,000 feet!
Difficulty: strenuous!

Fees: $15 per car (park entrance fee) or $30 for annual pass. I have one pass already.

    Just wanted to 'check-in' & see if David made it back ok... we saw him along the trail on the way down taking a break.... Altitude got to one of our party too..... 'migraine'

      Thanks Dave. I did make it back OK. The altitude did get me there for awhile. Another in our party got it too. Also I met a man on the way down who got it and had to lay down awhile. Nice chatting with your friend.Tell her I am going to take her advice.:-)
