A day of healing & joy with Sue & the Chocolate Laughter Crew

£35 concessions/£50 low-average wage/£65 high wage. The more the merrier - If you bring 4 friends, you can come for free!

10% proceeds to a trusted charity giving a smile to one child with cleft palate.

This one day workshop invites you to join us as we drink raw cacao (taking us into a hearty, creative, healing space) and go on a magical journey firstly into our shadow/pain body to release energy that suppresses our joy - using sound, breath and movement - and then to allow more light into our hearts as we use playful laughter exercises that build to a ceremony of dance and celebration with the intention of creating more joy in our lives and in the world. We will also use shamanic journeying for personal insight (no previous experience necessary). We finish by eating a warm bowl of soup together.

Dress code: ‘Glad rags’ - colourful & fun, comical & silly (and comfortable!)

We hope you can join us

NB: Contra-indications: Cacao has an adverse reaction with anti-depressants (with MAO inhibitors) and if mixed with them can cause severe migraines, and since it raises the heart rate, is also unsuitable for people with a heart or blood pressure condition. I would prefer anyone who is pregnant not to drink chocolate in this ceremony. If this prohibits you from drinking cacao, you may still participate in the ceremony, just without the chocolate drink.

Henry

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
